Most Aurewood sculptures are made to order. Here is what happens before your piece reaches you.
Estimated delivery: 30-40 business days, including production and shipping. This estimate starts when your order is confirmed and is not a guaranteed delivery date. We will email you before dispatch and send your tracking number once the logistics provider supplies it.
Order review
We review the selected sculpture and order details. Any requested customization needs to be confirmed before production.
Making your sculpture
Your piece enters production. Production and shipping are included in the estimated total of 30-40 business days from order confirmation to delivery.
Quality inspection
We check the piece before dispatch. Damage, moisture issues or mold can require repair or remaking before it can ship.
Protective packing
After inspection, the sculpture is packed for its journey. We will email you before dispatch. Packing, label creation and the pre-dispatch email do not mean the carrier has accepted the shipment.
Carrier handover
Dispatch means the carrier has accepted the shipment. We will email your tracking number once the logistics provider supplies it; it may not be available at dispatch. Larger sculptures may travel by sea.
Customs & delivery
International shipments pass through customs before local delivery. Customs reviews and local carrier schedules can extend the arrival estimate.
Timing, possible delays & your options
If inspection finds damage, moisture problems or mold, we hold the piece for repair or remaking rather than ship it with a known defect. This may extend the estimated delivery time beyond 30-40 business days. We will email you about the delay and provide a revised estimate when available.
If we expect a delay to dispatch or delivery, we will email you with the reason and a revised estimate when available. If we cannot dispatch within the timeframe agreed for your order, we will offer the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund. We will seek your consent where required; we will not treat an indefinite delay as automatically accepted.
Customs inspections, port congestion or local delivery arrangements may extend the estimated delivery time beyond 30-40 business days. We will email you about known delays, help investigate with the carrier and share an updated estimate when available. This does not remove your statutory rights.
